Arrest Records Search Engine

General NewsAt the last meeting, several people asked about the web address that allows you to search for arrest records of any adult arrested in Maryland. It is known as the Maryland Judiciary Case Search.

Web address:
http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us/inquiry/inquiry-index.jsp

Another tool is:
www.vinelink.com
Vinelink enables you to search for offenders by state, and also sign up to be notified when they are released from custody. Please note that Vinelink only provides information on suspects that are currently in custody or have been very recently released, and the notification system will only allow you to register and track offenders who are CURRENTLY held in custody. If you have further questions about Vinelink, please refer to the FAQ section on their website.

Please contact us at ragsobo@yahoo.com with any questions.

Recycling Bins Sold Out

General NewsDue to the success of this weekend’s sale, recycling bins will not be available at
the Public Works sanitation yard at 111 Kane Street. The entire supply of
10,000 bins was sold this weekend as Baltimoreans responded enthusiastically
to participating in the City’s new Single Stream Recycling initiative which begins
on January 8, 2008. An additional supply of bins will be delivered in
approximately three weeks.
Recycling bins are not needed to recycle. Citizens may also use paper bags,
containers marked for recycling or papers bound by string. However, plastic
bags, blue or otherwise, will no longer be accepted. Citizens are urged to
recycle them with their local grocer. Previously, only plastic with triangle coding 1-2 were
collected. Now, plastic with triangle coding 1-7 will be accepted.

Community Dumpster Saturday 10/27

General NewsThere will be a community dumpster placed on the 400 Block of Randall Street on Saturday 10/27.

There were some reports that the city may have taken the dumpster away a little early on September 29 (the last date). We aren’t sure if it was full or if it was just picked up a little early. There are future tentative dates, but check the RNA newsletter and this website for updates on dates/times for the dumpster.

Help is needed to coordinate this for spring dates - if you are interested, please let Brad know at the next meeting or by email: ragsobo@yahoo.com
