These prictures were found online at MD historical society.
Maryland 5th regiment at Riverside Park. Stationed there from July 30th 1877 to early August to assist with the protection of the Locust Point rail yard during the Baltimore Rail Riots. They put on a show for the neighborhood on August 1st and its my betthats whats happening here.
